Can your laundry system hook up to hot water line?
A: Oshiner Laundry System is meant to connect to Cold Water only. Due to the powerful sterilization of ozone, it’s more effective than hot water on disinfection.

Does it truly not need the detergent to laundry?
A: Oshiner Laundry system works with cold water and use little to no detergent at all. Normally, the new stain like dirts or to wash new clothes, it can be cleaned and disinfected without any detergent. Yet, much like ozone itself, it’s not a panacea. It can hardly eliminate the old tough stains totally. And for the oil stains, we kindly suggest you to use a little alkaline soap for complete clean. But surely, you can save at least 75% less detergent yearly.

Do I still need to use bleach and fabric softener?
A: No need at all! Oshiner Laundry System gently leaves clothes softer and fluffier without chemical fabric softeners. It works in a more natural way.

Will this work on standard top loading washer?
A: Oshiner Laundry System can be used for both top load washers and front load ones. What matters is the water pressure. The water pressure range for our system to carry is 20PSI – 100PSI.

Do I still need to wash underwear or baby clothes separately by using oshiner laundry system?
